Privacy Notice

This site is a private engagement desk for JG WORKS. It is not a public marketplace. The information you share here is used only to understand whether and how I can help, and to respond to you.

What I collect

When you submit a request through the intake form, I collect the details you provide: your name, email, company, the problem you are trying to solve, timeline, budget range, and any supporting links or context you choose to include. I also collect standard server logs needed to keep the site secure and reliable.

How I use it

Your submission is used to evaluate fit, prepare for a call, and communicate with you about the project. I do not sell your information, add it to a newsletter without permission, or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored through Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Data is handled with access controls and is not shared with third parties except as needed to operate the site (for example, secure hosting and email delivery).

Retention

I keep request records for as long as needed to follow up on active opportunities and maintain business records. If you would like your submission deleted, email me at joelle@jgworks.net and I will remove it unless I am required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Basic analytics may be used to understand how visitors move through the page so I can improve the experience.
