JG WORKS

Most businesses already know what they need. The work is figuring out where it fits.

The person

I'm Joelle aka JG

I work directly with founders, operators, and teams who have a real problem and need someone to actually solve it — not manage it, not consult on it, not hand it off.

Over the last five years I've helped 40+ businesses in healthcare, real estate, and ecommerce get results through automation and AI, managed execution, or targeted research and curation — the same three tracks on this page.

That range is why the work stays selective: I take engagements where the problem is real, the scope is knowable, and I already know what good looks like.

Bring the problem. I'll find the solution. ✨

2025 · MADE

One system replacing four spreadsheets

A 30-person services firm ran intake, scheduling, and invoicing across four spreadsheets and two inboxes.

2025 · DONE

A stalled launch, owned end to end

A funded initiative had a deadline, three vendors, and no internal owner senior enough to run it.

2024 · CURATED

Nine vendors down to one decision

A leadership team had been comparing platforms for five months and couldn't choose.

How Working Together Works

The fit, the path, and the money — in the order they actually come up.

01 — The fit

Work here is taken by referral and by fit. Being direct saves us both a call.

Right fit

  • You are running an existing business with revenue and a real problem
  • You can define an outcome and a budget
  • You want the work done, not a deck about the work
  • You can move within the next 90 days

Wrong fit

  • You are pre-idea and looking for a co-founder
  • You need the cheapest possible option
  • Decisions require a committee and several months

02 — The path

If it's a fit, this is exactly what happens next.

  1. 1

    Start with the thing.

Bring a defined problem, project, need or decision. It doesn't need to arrive neatly packaged.

  2. 2

Figure out what kind of work it is.

Together we identify whether this is something to build, execute, or source — and what that actually requires.

  3. 3

    We agree on the work.

You'll get the scope, deliverables, cost, and timeline.

  4. 4

    I do it.

The work gets completed, delivered, and handed over.

03 — The money

Starting deposits are listed on each service. These are the terms behind them.

How it's priced

Pricing is built on actual labor and real operating costs. The formula ensures the solution is sustainable, the scope stays honest, and the fee reflects what's actually being done. You'll always see the full number before anything is agreed to.

How payment works

Simple: half upfront, half on delivery. For longer builds, payments are tied to milestones so you're never paying ahead of the work. Scope is fixed once we agree — if something changes, we talk about it before anything moves.

Two ways in. Ask a question — open to anyone, no access code, use the form here. Request work — the full intake behind the access code, where you scope the engagement and can put the deposit down.
