These terms govern your use of the JG WORKS website and the request intake process. By submitting a request, you agree to the terms below.

Services described

This site describes independent consulting and execution services provided by Joelle (JG) under JG WORKS. Descriptions of work, pricing, and process on this page are for informational purposes and do not form a binding contract. A separate engagement agreement applies to any work that is actually performed.

Submitting a request

Submitting the intake form does not create an obligation on either side. It is an expression of interest. I review every submission and respond if there is a clear fit. I reserve the right to decline any project without explanation.

Confidentiality

Information you share through the intake form will be kept confidential and used only to evaluate and discuss the opportunity. It will not be shared publicly or sold. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials in your submission.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — including text, marks, layout, and imagery — is owned by JG WORKS or used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell, or scrape it without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

This site and its contents are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JG WORKS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, submission of a request, or reliance on information published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
