How we work together.
Who we're a good fit for, what happens from the first call to handover, and how pricing works. No surprises.
01 — The fit
We take on work by fit. Being direct saves us both a call.
Right fit
- You are running an existing business with revenue and a real problem
- You can define an outcome and a budget
- You want the work done, not a deck about the work
- You can move within the next 90 days
Wrong fit
- You are pre-idea and looking for a co-founder
- You need the cheapest possible option
- Decisions require a committee and several months
02 — The path
If it's a fit, this is exactly what happens next.
- 1
Scoping & discovery
Bring us the bottleneck, project, or missing capability. We evaluate how your operation runs and determine whether the solution needs to be built, executed, or sourced.
- 2
Blueprint & fixed proposal
You receive a clear scope: exact deliverables, fixed pricing, who is staffed on it, and a tight timeline. No open-ended hourly billing.
- 3
Precision execution
A Solutions Architect leads the build, automation, or day-to-day work, with vetted specialists brought in only when the job calls for them. Weekly milestones, not radio silence.
- 4
Delivery & handover
Rollout, documentation, and training. Everything we build or run is handed over cleanly so your business keeps full ownership.
03 — The money
Starting deposits are listed on each service. These are the terms behind them.
How it's priced
Pricing is built on actual labor and real operating costs. The formula ensures the solution is sustainable, the scope stays honest, and the fee reflects what's actually being done. You'll always see the full number before anything is agreed to.
How payment works
Simple: half upfront, half on delivery. For longer builds, payments are tied to milestones so you're never paying ahead of the work. Scope is fixed once we agree — if something changes, we talk about it before anything moves.
